Question by Ms. Gump: Are microwave ovens worth repairing?
My oven is fairly new. Yesterday I noticed that distinctive aroma of frying electonics along with my nuked dinner. It began to come on and then go off after a couple of seconds, but when I unplugged it and then plugged it back in – would work for one use. Then go back to shutting down. I’m thinking that with labor costs as they are and no idea what is wrong, It may be financially better to just go get a new one. But I hate throwing usable stuff away, too! Do you think it could be a simple fix or do I need to go get the new one?
